Description:	In this series of lectures Dr. Adams will examine what we know about the worship life of the people of God in the Old Testament: what it was like, how it differed from Christian worship, what theology it teaches, and how its principles help to shape the worship life of the people of God today. Special emphasis is given to the way in which the saving work of the messiah is anticipated by the role of the sabbath and the Old Testament theology of rest, and by the sacrificial system of the Old Testament.
